1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NeuroPoS website, APIs, verification tools, explorers, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
NeuroPoS provides verification and integrity infrastructure for Proof-of-Stake networks. The Service produces reproducible artifacts, cryptographic commitments, and evidence references derived from finalized network data.
- provide financial, legal, or investment advice;
- issue validator rankings, punishments, or enforcement actions;
- assert intent, fault, or misconduct;
- guarantee correctness of third-party network data;
- act as a consensus participant or protocol authority.
All outputs are range-scoped, evidence-based signals intended to support independent verification.
3. No Reliance; Independent Judgment
You acknowledge that any use of information produced by the Service is at your sole discretion and risk. You remain fully responsible for evaluating, interpreting, and acting upon any verification results.
NeuroPoS does not assume responsibility for decisions made based on the Service, including operational, economic, governance, or protocol-level actions.
4. Verifiable vs. Proprietary Components
The Service intentionally separates verifiable public artifacts from proprietary internal methods.
Public verification relies on cryptographic hashes, Merkle roots, signatures, and optional on-chain anchoring.
Client-side interfaces do not expose proprietary scoring or weighting formulas.
Independent verification remains possible without reliance on undisclosed client-side logic.

5. Accounts; Access; Availability
The Service may offer features that require additional access (e.g., enterprise pilot functionality). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, rate limits, and network dependencies may affect access.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the operation of the website or APIs.
You may not use the Service to harass, defame, or target individuals or operators. Evidence is presented neutrally and range-scoped.
7. Intellectual Property
NeuroPoS and its content, trademarks, software, and documentation are owned by KoBa Lab and/or its licensors, and are protected by applicable laws.
Except as expressly permitted, no license is granted under these Terms. All rights are reserved.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Blockchain networks and third-party infrastructure are inherently complex and may produce inconsistent or incomplete data. Verification outputs depend on available finalized inputs.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroPoS and KoBa Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (if any).
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” indicates when the latest version applies. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue and jurisdiction will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
